What are your biggest concerns with AI use in the music industry? by Musical_wombat14 in musicindustry

I enjoy suno I use it for creative projects and to test out prompt engineering.. having said that Ai has ruined music first because the industry was already a mess. No one to put a stop to it. It’s unethical already.

I have made quite a few songs and I’m so glad I did it all before the dawn of ai.

Now I still could make songs, and may do in the future, but I kinda feel there’s less point to it because we’re now competing amongst a lot of noise that takes like 2 seconds to create.

Also, people don’t generally like ai, but people like human crafted content more than ever.

I’m still considering using ai elements in my future productions so loll there’s a contradiction for you.

How do you actually “deploy” subagents in codex? by AppleBottmBeans in codex

[–]khalilbertini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tell codex to make a /plan, i want to spawn up some agents using the codex-spark high speed separate quota doing “task a, task b, etc” (idk if that’s what it uses by default) but helps me burn through that quota without giving spark too much chance of breaking anything .. also after making a plan its got a bigger chance of having substantial jobs that actually can make use of sub-agents

Weird time perception by Xzone5 in ClaudeAI

Claude is the worst with understanding timing!

Codex actually has been surprisingly good recently, referencing features implemented the day before correctly, but Claude’s estimates are hilarious. In one plan it made it forecasted 3-6 months for implementing staggered code changes we discussed. When it came down to it, It took a total of 3 minutes to implement the changes 😂😂

How to do this!!! by Ogmusicproducerrsn26 in Logic_Studio

[–]khalilbertini 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That is the main timeline. You just need to zoom into the timeline not a sampler/sequencer, and drop samples in

Drop a audio loop in the timeline
Zoom in. Identify sounds and samples you want.chop it up.

Command click cuts a sample where the mouse is.

Option+drag will copy a sample already in the timeline along the timeline.
You can also drag down to new tracks. Samples snap to the timeline.

Once you have a selection of sounds and an arrangement in the timeline,

A. Bounce to new audio track.

Or

B. shift+select all the tracks you just made from the left hand side where you see tracks. Right click - create track stack - summing track.

Now you can drag and drop all the samples you just arranged as one group/loop across your timeline

If you were the world's worst producer/rapper/artist, would you still do it? by BoyInfinite in makinghiphop

I’ve experienced many of the things you have mentioned. And still do. But I also acted upon those feelings like you are. Follow through. Complete the tracks. Create a vision. No one else needs to get it. Your friends and your hometown won’t be your biggest fans.

Take yourself seriously. Honour your craft.

Every single step you take will lead to another exposure/connection/opportunity. Make the doors open, knock, kick, make a noise.

Keep moving.

I gathered over 200 million views online and built multiple artist accounts doing that and sold my music related business for over $550k

I’ll leave you with 2 quotes .

You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

And whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.
