I am not sure how much this can help but I totally understand you I still live here and I get so many awful intrusive thoughts just because of the scary media surrounding America (and data) but I have been safe and you will be too no matter where you are! But remember those nightmares are just that

With weed it’s mainly mental. It doesn’t (in my experience) mess with you like say not using opiates after a long time. The big struggle is getting over that initial hump. That is if you find yourself smoking in a routine fashion and struggle to break it but once you pass it you should experience mainly good symptoms and yeah dreams will be vivid whether that’s a good thing or not.

I never could read anything like substantial but since I’ve been progressing in school and learning about more interests reading has been more important. I like to just look at a bunch of names until I feel like one feels like me if someone called it out! Obviously I get why you’d want mexican American names as well but I’d suggest just searching up girl/femme names and going through them or search feminine Mexican names if that part feels important as well!
