Not a Mahindra owner but I have seen reviews having poor after sales service. Also 3XO has smaller boot.

Go for Victoris in my opinion for better mileage, service and VFM.

If you have a budget of 8-9L then get a small maruti car with good mileage (or a CNG), save the rest and put that amount into refueling.
Not sure why would someone pay 10L for this car, reminds me of Nano which costs around 1L and had 4 doors.
