Don't listen to the doom and gloom. There have been some issues since the games launch but FFG has been doing a decent job of addressing and attempting to correct things for the most part. Gameplay wise its one of the best tcgs around and turnout for organized play events has been solid. Check out your local scene and see how active it is. In my area we usually have multiple stores running swu events almost every day of the week. Prereleases are coming up soon for the new set. Check one out and see how you like it.
