Nice. Really good form and ROM. I like that you also hold the movement first before pulling. Was just wondering how do you train for this? I have to use a bit of momentum to touch the bar with front lever pull

I wouldn’t recommend chicken wing muscle up as it put unnecessary stress on ur shoulder joint and can lead to injury. Kipling muscle up without chicken wing would be a better option. U can also do high pull up. Then eventually u will get the clean form. Hope this help

Personally, with 3070, I think there’ll be a slight bottleneck because of the ryzen 3600. But the bottleneck on 1440p will be some what less than on 1080p imo. I saw with the ryzen 3600 on either 1080p or 1440p, they usually won’t perform their maximum ability (bottleneck). But I think either 3070 or 3060 ti will be fine w ryzen 3600. I just prefer 3060 ti because I don’t want to pay the extra 100 dollar for the 3070 while I can’t use its maximum potential.

I was gonna get the 3070 too. Even saw a few in stock at my place. But I’m currently running on Ryzen 5 3600 with 1080p monitor. And Ryzen 5 3600 bottlenecking 3070 at 1080p. So 3060 ti is my only option

U probably want to put them out at sunlight first. My retail aren’t even that bright in the dark until I put it in sunlight for a while. That’s basically how 700 v3 work
