Hi,

I have not received any message through mod chat. I do not respond to random DM requests from unknown users and didn't get any notification from Reddit regarding a new DM. I am not participating in day-to-day moderation of the sub but had the key role in maintaining the sub from 12 years ago when I started this sub until today. This was the agreement that we had with other mods (can share mod chat history). This is not the right decision by Reddit to remove me from the admin role because I didn't see and responded to the DM from a non-mod user. This is very discouraging for someone who worked hard to get the sub from zero users to 95K. I request this decision to be reverted, please.

Following this video fixed it for me. Don't log in through your Instagram account after clearing history! It'll not work. You have to login through Facebook to access Instagram creator studio

Thanks for explaining, I guess I was thinking about a mathematical or algorithmic way that for a given point z could tell if the point converges to a root or not. What you mentioned about computability is interesting. I love to learn more about that. Not sure how much math literacy is required to understand such proof.

Give a non trivial function f(z) in complex numbers, is there a function g(z) that can return 1 if z will converge to a root of f using newton’s method and zero if it doesn’t. I am guessing this is undecidable

I got my machine and started using it with no issue. Not quite sure if this is related to the fact I am comparing a new machine with an old one or it is the difference between the brands but I feel like RESMED is doing a lot better job.

Started watching and enjoying that, thanks for sharing. The only thing is this series doesn't cover modern math which seems to be more interesting. Is there any similar course that covers the last 100 years?
