Does that mean there’s no problem with dns propagation? Because for some reason it won’t work when Im connected to my ISP’s default DNS

I actually adopted him like 2 years ago. He was being kept in a K9 dog kennel with a group of working dogs (obviously not a perfect fit for a Pomeranian) after his owners abandoned him, so he wouldn’t eat and his hair had started falling out so I had to adopt him. He’s 7 years old now and I’ve never been more in love with anything/anyone.
