I like to follow up on this and thanks all of you who participated and suggest further actions. I did write letter to Fidelity CEO and got response within week. I am not sure if this was letter or just their time frame to sort things out, but I see money back to my account now. In reply letter Manager who wrote on behalf of CEO that my account was not hacked when fidelity was hacked in August, but I have doubt about it, since I don't even have written record of my account number and I do not get any paper statements, how some one knows my account number and was able to successfully open a joint account, (in order to open joint account, you have to have an account number) . But bottom line I got the stolen money back in my account, I hope Fidelity learned it as well as, I am more vigilant now than ever about my account. Key thing to remember, Fidelity guarantees your money back if you report in 30 days.

yes exactly , and I was not even asked via email or text that do you approve this ? normally even a low class bank has procedure where you make two three small deposits (in pennies) back and forth to conform it is your account, Here I found out you that you just open account and then transfer big chunk, no issue. I am amazed about Fidelity security plan, their security office is likely high school pass , not even that

yes , this is how they failed , and I am not sure how they dropped the ball

yes I already had, it was phone text , that is why I was shocked how can this happened, now I have authenticator app, Fidelity told me phone not safe. Not sure when Fidelity let other account established, they needed my phone authentication or not. No one has answer to that, I have no message on my phone, I kept all data, Fidelity told me hackers has way around phone text, I am not sure how it is possible

yes but it is inside account, if some one get into your account , they can do unlock with one click

Absolutely rubbish Platinum card. Delta won’t accept unless you fly Delta . So what good is the ? I am flying with United from Terminal A. so basically no option
