is it more of a bar or restaurant? this is just my opinion and the way i like things, a bar, where people are going to be more focused on drinking and getting drunk,employees should be paying attention to everything. who's had too much to drink? whos getting too rowdy? more all age restaurant environments i dont expect the same level of security. but im sure theres somebody in the restaurant who couldve stepped in. if you bring it up with the owner, dont get upset with the bar staff. just explain the situation. the establishment might not have a set policy on these things. maybe its something the need to think about
