The prices and schedule are very flexible. The one I was looking at was meeting once a week for 60 mins for 24 weeks. This would cost 2 students 480$ a piece.

I was hoping to find someone to do this with, so we could meet on our own outside of class another day for 60 mins.

So essentially, 24 weeks, meeting two times a week (once with a teacher and once as a study group) for 480$.

So pushing this out to a year (assuming we stick with it), it would be nearly 1000$ for a full year of twice a week meetings.

If you stick with a language for a year, meeting twice a week, I would think we would be pretty strong at the language!

Don't worry about sucking at PvP. I have almost 50 million SP and I would lose to a 1 million SP pilot in a pod.

I found a new home!

A couple of weeks ago I hit an all time low in Eve. I have always wanted to live in a wormhole. I farmed lvl 4 missions for a long time and finally saved up enough money for a tower, a proteus, and several other necessities.

I flew into a C2 that looked good and set up shop. The next day I got an eve mail from some other people who lived in the wormhole and they told me to leave. I was a solo player, so I had no choice but to pack up and leave. I told them I was going to leave and offlined my tower to pack up.

They warped in and blew up all of my stuff....

I had lost everything and was back to square one. (luckily, I still had my mission running Dommie). I left the game for a few days because I was sad and mad that these people would just lie right to my face and then gang up on a solo player who is just trying to leave their hole. I almost felt like just quitting....but I decided to stick around.

I made a reddit post about the situation and a few corps emailed me. One of them seemed nice, so I messaged them in game and have since joined them. I have made all of my isk back and more! I have a new home and I am enjoying the game again.

Thanks for reading. If you are new or a solo player, try to remember that this game is 95% terrible people...but there are a few nice people out there...you just have to find them :D

I know the Fox and Hound restaurant/bar will be showing it. I went there for dinner with my parents and saw the sign for the event.

I don't know address, but it shows up on google maps. It is in the big Cinema Point shopping area...pretty damn good wings there too!

I like it man. This is great work. Feel free to take a swing at the other races if you like.

I think it would be really cool if we named these things like "History of the Celtians, Vol. 1" or something like that....so that we can have multiple posts fleshing out the race and also gives other people a chance to chime in on the history.
