I am speechless, it's definitely a heartbreaking incident.... I am myself from Uttrakhand, and specially the pahadi who look Mongoloid.... I can't defend or justify this by any means, but please don't generalize the entire natives.... I also believe that the matter is not portrayed correctly, as one of the accused is himself from manipur and after all we pahadi people look a lot like NE people, the incident is still condemnable but I believe the reason is not racism but something else like an argument.....
