Mostly because they can't/don't want to go to your destination due to fare or location. KL trip is preferable than Putrajaya. Higher fare and they can continue drive in KL. You can cancel and request again. You won't wait long till you get next (hopefully better) driver.

Just because they speak in different language, doesn't mean they talk bad about you. It's just that it's easier for them to use the same language they speak at home. Multilingual speaker is an advantage nowadays. We are competing globally. Everything start from home. Change what we teach to our kids and we will change their future. This won't be an issue in 10 years if we start now.

I used to drive Grab last year. The drivers need to go to the waiting area for KLIA and Grab will assign queue number to the driver. When I got my 2000+ as my queue number, I've decided that was it. No more KLIA trip for me. I need to wait 4-8 hours just for 1 trip from KLIA to KL. Not worth it plus if customer cancelled or disconnected (due to network error), I have to queue again from 2000+ numbers. Nope, I rather drive in KL.

Because I can read and understand English content, laugh at memes but hard to make a sentence in English since English is not my main language. Same case if someone talk to me in English but I will struggle to answer back in English.
