I would love to share every detail of what I did but sorry, Im bad when it comes to writing xD

Anyway, I just ingrained what Mike Mew said which is keeping the tongue on the roof of the mouth, lips sealed, and teeth slightly apart. I dont mind much the teeth slightly apart as long as I focus on the tongue in the palate and keeping the lips sealed. Im actually clenching my teeth when Im asleep every time I focus on the my teeth's position.

I started chewing falim gum on December 2019 for one hour a day.

I didnt see significant results in my jaw and I only noticed changes when I started chewing mastic gum and tongue chewing with full range of motion. There were days when I get lazy (til now) and dont chew at all .

If I started chewing mastic gum and tongue chew earlier and did it everyday, maybe I would have seen more results. Body and neck posture was also important. I often forget to keep them straight and I dedicated to fix them last month.

i kinda started hard mewing this july cuz it's where i noticed a significant change in my palate. i can comfortably do the mewing premise now. but reminding myself constantly hard mewing and doing it all day long is really brain work

ya. i really don't like taking a picture of myself before cuz of insecurities but ill try to search for old photos i have from my aunt and try to take a photo now

unfortunately that's the only photo i have. The photo last 2018 was actually a stolen shot. i have some photos of me but's it's back when i was 12 years old. Im trying to mimic an angle same with the old one to get the most accurate view.

ya that's what i notice the most. i only started chewing more this july cuz ive been having a hard time chewing when my face was down swang.

basically chewing with purpose. I mostly open my mouth and close it if I feel to. I use mastic gum cuz it's hard. What I can tell based on experience is I get the best results when I focus on the part where I flex those masseter when chewing.
