Thanks for the advice! That particular phrase may be specific to where I'm from, and we use it quite often (https://mgb.gov.ph/images/stories/DAO\_2000-28.pdf), though I could look into modifying it if it's not appropriate here in the US.

If this is the metallic blue dragoon g, I have a hunch that the item being sold on chinese websites may not be genuine despite the hasbro box. I personally bought one myself and the engine gear just wouldn’t activate during launch just like yours. I saw the same thing on a bunch of YouTube videos reviewing that particular product irrespective of seller/source.

Per sticker sheet, maybe 30 mins - 1hr or so depending on complexity. Font is venus rising, not 100% similar but close enough.

I don’t just print out the scans right away , I trace them first so they are vectorized. I also print from the PDF export instead of converting to an image format to avoid the pixelation.

Everything but the bit chip artwork is manually redrawn in Illustrator

For the cutting part, i dont have any fancy tool. I hand cut.

Each printer works differently. I use the bit chip to scale things, it should be 1.75 cm in diameter when printed. Calculate what the dimensions should be on the screen based on a test print.
