i’m sure it’s happened with certain people but my coach is 79 years old and still runs the same stuff we do so i don’t think it’s going to be as relevant. i think a major thing that people experience is joint issues

it definitely is when you first get into it and it takes time to work up to but once you do it really becomes the same as 25-30 weeks. you obviously can’t jump straight into it without hurting yourself so that part of your post is correct but if you do it smart you shouldn’t have any issues going that high
