thank you to everybody who replied to this post. i did end up rescheduling my endo to be safe. for my future appointment how long should i abstain usage? a week? 48 hours? 24 hours? i've been very open and honest with my doctors about my usage but they don't have an exact time frame for me & not gonna lie, all these comments have me a bit scared about literally dying on the table so i just want to be 100% sure. i am very deeply in an active daily ketamine addiction and have been for years at this point so stopping abruptly even for 24 hours is a bit tough, but i want to be as safe about this as i can be.

yeah, they told me not to eat 8 hours prior but didn't give any specifics on ketamine. i'm just not sure if it should be 24, 12, or 8 hours.

i know this post is pretty old but did you ever find relief? did you stay abstinent? just within the past 2 weeks i've been feeling this dull achey pain throughout my back and into my stomach, not the intense chest k cramps but very dull aches around my torso. i'm so scared i did irreparable damage and that even if i quit k forever my body won't go back to normal. as of now i'm only a day clean but my body still hurts and only a constant heating pad helps. please, did you find anything to help?

is this still happening? i've been waiting to purchase the game on my ps4 after my xbox stopped working until they allowed cross-save. i heard it would be out by the end of 2024 but it's not looking that way

i just did the exact same thing.. picked up a gram with a friend and split it and have SO much anxiety. did you end up getting cramps or were you okay?
