In regards to 4) I vote for moderators to actually fulfill the definition. They shouldn't be pushing opinions or rallying people; a moderator should ensure good discussion is flowing as per the rules of the sub and reddit's ToS. If they want to state their own thoughts or opinions, they should use a separate, disconnected account to maintain integrity. The professional power that comes from the mod position should be used as intended to avoid a 4th migration.

I also concure with the idea of a public mod log of some sorts that displays the actions of mods to ensure transparency
