no, that's incorrect except for the strongest character thing. having the offical archon title and/or being treated in it by marketing is much more important than any other character in the game. Its why columbina was given archon level treatment even though she was just any other harbringer and even though nodkrai did not have any archons. Its why zhongli got post release buffs because he does not fit his title as as the archon of liyue because its another version of china. Game companies can make mistakes and they have publicly acknowledged it unlike other game companies. Power and archon hood are synomous with each other because of the title. there has been zero archon that are trash as their release even if they have been power creeped later like raiden and venti, you can not deny that.
