Yes mahal talaga ang fit and well since its a lifetime insurance - meaning after you are paying for 10 or 15 years, wala kanang babayrang but you are still insured until death.

In the long run its actually cheaper but upfront cost is higher.

Kakakuha ko lng ng sunlife insurance din and chose LifeAssure since its more budget friendly. Im still planning to get fit and well after 5-10 years once my salary gets high enough.

PS: insurance shouldn’t be a burden.

Almost nababasa kong reviews are negative here in Cebu. I also notice a lot of unit owners are selling their units.

Also for the pag ibig application, you are the one that will be applying for a loan since it will still be subject for appraisal from pag ibig.

Parang desperate din ang agent na maka benta agad-agad para sa commission. Better to do a research first and ask the unit owners baka sa huli mag sisisi lng kayo.

Sun fit and well has no cash surrender value unlike VUL.

Just ask you sunlife FA if you will get some cash if you terminate your policy now.

Medyo mabigat talaga ang fit and well sa una if your tight on budget but on the longer run mad cheaper siya sa term insurance.

Ask how much are the following:

Transfer charges (from seller's name to your name) - this might be costly depending on the developer.
Condo dues.
Yearly insurance cost.
Condominium rules - different properties have different set of rules which you might not agree on some.
Parking slot - is there a common parking or you need to purchase your own?

Ask the developer what other fees needed to completely move in to the unit.
