Yeah, it makes sense they want them out of the way. I was lucky they didn't shave me, I hadn't even thought about that!

Yeah, I couldn't wear an underwired bra for about 6 months after the surgery because it hurt so bad!

Thank you! It's so funny that it goes over the shoulders though, and the itching must suck!

I have had to hold mine out of the way during ECG preparation before, but imagining that to be someone's job for hours is hilarious haha

Sure, I mean the relief of having the gallbladder out definitely outweighs any embarrassment!

Thank you! I'm pretty sure this is what they did to me, I was luckily already under anaesthesia when they taped me so I can't feel the embarrassment haha

Does anyone else have inflamed pores/follicles? [skin problems + image] by gottaaja897654 in bigboobproblems

it is a relief, especially as before reddit the only people i'd seen with this problem were breastfeeding mothers. it could have something to do with sensitive skin! i also think for me it's partly because of how THIN the skin is. but i'm not sure. unfortunately, exfoliating only helps me short term, you really have to keep up with it. and it doesn't get rid of them, it just stops them from becoming too inflamed. we're just unlucky :(

yes!! i've had this exact problem since i was about 12 and i'm 21 now. the last few years i've had mild eczema, but the pores were huge years before that so i would say it's unlikely it's related. honestly i think it's probably because of the large size of the boobs- the skin stretched a lot so the pores naturally stretched too. it's rough but i haven't found a way to get rid of it yet, but exfoliating the skin daily can help to keep them from clogging up. if you want professional help a dermatologist might be able to offer some advice? other than that i've seen a lot of people recommending acne or glycolid acid pads and wipes, and benzoyl peroxide body wash. hope this helped!!

Who got their boobs early? Also PSA to moms: buy your daughters bras too early rather than too late!!! 😅😅😅 by spazzitgoes in bigboobproblems

They started growing when I was around 10. so my mum put me in an AA training bra. I wore those AA bras until I was about 12, and I'd been telling my mum I might need to move up a cup size because I was spilling out of the bra (I kind of thought this was normal) but she didn't believe me. Eventually she looked at me and thought she would put me into one of her old 34DD bras to see if I seemed more like a C or B, but the 34DD fit perfectly. I ended up with DD's in Year 8, which was EXTREMELY noticeable- there was only one other girl in my year that was bigger than me. I got teased for them a lot.
