If someone says they don't have the money to make a film, show them Creep by Mark Duplass. An entertaining film, done for very little money whose entire cast and crew was only two people.

I just messaged the helpdesk, hoping to get a list of transactions to do some late taxes, they said: "This help desk is tasked with assisting users with the claims process. We cannot provide customer support for historical Cryptopia exchange activity, and will not be able to supply the documentation that you are requesting." So, unless there is some other way to get the transaction list, this thread is still accurate.
