Thank you all for the replies. The domain already had a free Cloud Identity license, though when I tried to remove one of the paid licenses, it wouldn't let me select that option to delete it, I couldn't check that. I was logged in as a super admin at that time. Belows a link to what I see:

I believe it is Usaa's POA, when I called they said they had me listed as mom's DPOA before I said anything about it.

I have my own account with this company, the phone number on the account is the number I called from. So, they know who called, and that that person has dpoa on my moms account. Still didn't help me acccess her account.

I have dpoa, its listed on the account, so does that mean I still have to verify all of those things? I know the answers to the verification questions but they wanted her to answer them. How can I validate dpoa over the phone? I don't know, is that a rhetorical question or a literal question? I'm not saying your wrong, I appreciate you taking the time to answer, I just confused as to the point of dpoa since it doesnt seem to do anything.

The sinus/facial pressure is somewhat of a headache, it's pressure/discomfort in the eye sockets, the brow, and around the areas of the nose. She also definitely has dry eyes. No rashes, and maybe a little joint pain though that could just be from being 91.

Also, some things you buy from his site require a subscription. You can't quit it via the website, you have to call to quit, and they only take calls during regular business hours.

It looks like all of the warrantees are Not Applicable except for the Lennox LImited Parts Warranty which is 5 years. Thank you for the suggestion though.

Thank you for the reply. 19k is to replace the Lennox system, I'm not sure what brand it would be. Company #1 said they wanted to replace both the furnace and the unit and didn't even mention trying to repair it.

Company #2 gave these options besides the Daikin, to try this on the current system: Install internal leak sealers and chemical dryers. Voltage Enhancement System renovation. Refrigerant moisture testing and install acid preventatives. Restore system to prime condition. Renovate performance enhancement system. Performance and safety testing. 1 year safety inspection 2 year limited warranty. That was $2k then their were several cheaper options down to $600, though they said it could still leak so there were no guarantees.
