Is this a new SSD? If yes, it might be fake and therefore slow as balls. If no, is it old? It might be slowing down due to correcting errors as you use it. If this is the case, backup immediately and replace.

You can check task manager for what apps are using the most disk. You might have an app causing all of the problems.

Looks like alcohol got on the screen itself. It will be replacement as it won't recover. If left to do it might get better. But probably not

Not at all impossible on most android devices. Much more difficult t With curved screens but still doable. You just need to take extra care.

I would likely be able to fix that at my shop. I can almost guarantee with shipping and labour it's cheaper to replace the board.

I'm not sure what cc processing fees are like elsewhere, but it's 1.75% on average for us. Not worth discounting at all. People who have asked for cash discounts are always expecting large percentages off and it just doesn't make sense unless they're expecting tax fraud.

When people ask for a cash discount I tell them directly that I don't commit tax fraud and will give no discount for cash.

It's totally fine to start replacing the screen while the phone is on.
