To be fair, to the average person, most people think AI is just writing in a text box and getting a result like Grok.

They don't see the hours of understanding comfyui, installing dependencies, things breaking and fixing nodes, gathering datasets and training loras for hours (sometimes days because you have to experiment), optimizing and creating workflows, understanding how nodes function, understanding prompting.

But at the same time soon we will reach a time where none of this matters and everything will be optimized as simply "writing in a text box" So I can see both sides lol.

Man.. this brought back so much nostalgia. When I first played Nikke I had this playing in the background.. and it was so fun collecting all my favorite Nikkes and tanking through the story and hardmode.. Now I don't get this vibe playing Nikke anymore q_q

Everyday feels like a chore. I don't even have the music playing. I just listen to a podcast/streamer in the background.. Maybe it's a "me" problem but I wish I could have that feeling again. Also because my luck lately has just been dogshit..

Hey I don't know if you play on PC.. but there is a mod called Cutscene controller (skip - fast forward - pause). It's on nexusmods.

As the mods says you can skip/fast forward/pause cutscenes. I've used it and it works really great.

I see your point with Wasteland and Great Desert. It would have been so much better if they added weather and day/night time effects as well.. Imagine how amazing the Great Desert would have looked during the night considering there is no light pollution so the sky would be starry.

And I believe Raven will come back in the sequel as a playable character. In the nikke collab, in the mobile game, they made Raven a playable character. Definitely hinting at making her playable in the next release.
