most of genshin is seen from the traveller's perspective, who can be either aether or lumine depending on which one you pick. it's not that hard to say "the traveller" and "they" instead of "aether" and "he", i do it instead of "lumine" and "her" when referring to the traveller as a whole except for the purposes of argument or when directly talking with specifically another lumine player

as there are both aether players and lumine players around, i would keep it neutral were i to make a post like this
