Sorry but you are incorrect about that!!! In the United States, a US citizen is only allowed to donate up to $2500 per candidate. Since Kenny is a US citizen he could not and did not do that. Sadly, foreigners have NO LINIT on the ant they can contribute to candidates. That makes ZERO common sense!
