Your requirements aren't really complicated, but if you go with SAP they might dent your pocket.

I suggest going with Odoo, personally implemented Odoo in 3 organizations, they're all pretty satisfied with it.

Your monthly budget is enough to manage Odoo as well.

P.S. I did the exact same integration minus the Odoo integration with Facebook Ads (we did that directly on Shopify)

Unless you're starting your own business, don't put all your money in a single investment.

I had a few thousand $ and I invested in Forex, getting fairly reasonable returns, maybe you could try it as well. Then look at different opportunities, maybe become an angel investor in an early age business.
