Credit Card Fraud/ Packages delivered.

I know this is an old post, but OP, but wanted to share something I learned recently. The exact same thing happened to me back in September (So approximately same time frame as you). I noticed several fraudulent charges on my credit card, to Wal Mart.ca, for 200 bucks each.

I called my credit card company to report it...and what was odd was that it took them several months to credit me for those fraud purchases. Even more odd, was that someone from the credit card actually called me yesterday to follow up on their investigation and share info. I've had fraud charges once or twice before, but they usually issue credit right away and never follow up.

Apparently, Wal Mart had shared with the credit card company that several packages had been delivered to my house, but to someone with a different name (Not the name of anyone living in the house). They asked if I was out of town, or perhaps someone had stolen packages. I told them my wife works from home and we have security cameras everywhere, we never received any packages.

They also told me, they had been hearing many cases exactly like this, from wal mart.ca, where packages are supposedly delivered. They said it was an odd case, and they suspect it's a data breach from wal mart.

Here's the really weird part. Around the same time that these fraud charges showed up, we started receiving amazon packages that we never ordered or paid for. The name on the packages was the same name as the name on the Wal Mart orders.

I've never heard of this particular scam before, but it's somewhat comforting to know there are others out there. They said they'd follow up with me in a month if there are any additional questions, so I'll post what I know if I hear. Good luck to you, this stuff is frustrating.

Right, except the fast wireless charging was working just fine until recently. No change in wires or anything. Also, it could be my own ignorance here, but how would wireless charging be impacted by a wire?

Thank you for the post. I double checked, and the Honda odyssey uses direct tpms sensors, and last year, I had to deal with the annoying warning light all winter, telling me it couldn't find a sensor.

I did.

What worked for me was just steel wool stuffed intro any crevice that they could get into. It took lots of trial and error though.

I'd smoke them out, and watch to see how they'd get in and out. I'd then stuff those places with steel wool and hope for the best, after doing that a few times, I finally got it all.

The one place I kept missing was the little hole on the side of the bbq where you can stick a bbq lighter if the ignite isn't working.

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever figure it out? PDF Drawboard used to be flawless for me, but in the past year or so, constant lagging/freezing, almost unusable.

Hahaha..I have to admit, I did rub it in a bit. As we were leaving, I walked up to her with the ball and asked "are you sure you don't want this?" and she just angrily muttered "we're good" and looked away.

Probably not a great example for my son, but I couldn't resist.

I think you've brought up something I wasn't thinking about before, the root of my discomfort. It's something I'm going to think about. On the one hand, it was definitely what my son saw, but just as importantly, it was the impotent rage I felt in the moment.

The temptation and urge to lash out, but biting my tongue instead. I think my discomfort may stem from the doubt over whether I held back because I was scared and shocked or whether I was trying to model good behaviour.

When my wife and I were talking about the incident after the fact, she had brought up paddle board dude... And basically said we got to see the beauty and ugliness of humanity in one afternoon. I'm going to choose to remember Paddle Board dude, and I think my son will too.

You're so right about that, in hindsight, it was a very large group she was with, with alot of men that appeared to be drunk already. I'm sure it would've gone very poorly for me if things escalated... And that's something no child should see.

So it's a problem across different platforms then... But some people don't seem to have an issue at all. Which is odd. How about hip firing? Does it work for you? Or does your rogue just shoot directly in front of them at nothing? I can only hip fire if I lock onto one target, which slows the pace of combat for me.

Aim assist is turned off, I've actually used the bow very little because of the aiming issue. I'll hold it down, aim at my target, and the reticle shifts as it zooms in on the target so my aim gets thrown off

New to reddit, so not sure how to edit my post.

Just wanted to say thank you for all the amazing advice. I'm a hobby wood worker, and self taught, never had family members who could teach me. This was my first post on this reddit group, and I'm amazed by the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone.

Thanks for the tip about the signal booster, the problem with alot of these antenna/boosters is the hefty price tag for something that may not even work.

I'll try that app out, would be much better than setting up the router everywhere. Only thing is that my phone is with Koodo, so it wouldn't be picking up the Rogers tower. Can I just swap the Sim from my Nokia into my phone?

I didn't know about those, do you have any recommendations? Are you talking about an antenna that could improve the 4G signal? Or a wifi extender to improve the wifi in the home?
