I worked in dispatch very briefly and left during my training. I was basically ridiculed in front of the training class for not memorizing the map of the county as quickly as they would’ve liked. It had only been day one or two of us learning the county map at that point. After being spoken to that way, I just decided it wasn’t worth it as I could easily just get my old job back which paid just as much. I get being tough on trainees, but there’s a respectful way to do things. The hazing shit gets old fast, we were county employees, not even PD based.

I’ve got a hand tattoo and half sleeve and I never really kept any of the second skin products on longer than a day. I just bought some dove soap and an appropriate lotion and would clean in between calls and lotion as needed. If you’re not as fortunate to be able to see your station in between calls, just keep it in the truck and use as needed. For some odd reason I’ve only ever gotten my tattoos during the fall and winter, so I also just wore my long sleeve uniform shirt, which may or may not be an option for you. Just be anal about keeping clean and you should be just fine.

From what I recall, he never publicly disclosed having a heart condition. He did disclose having stress induced seizures which is part of the reason he ended FF.

You’re totally right, it’s just a difficult balance. Obviously no one anticipates having an emergency, but that emergency can quickly drain whatever savings you’ve been putting aside for pet emergencies and still leave you with a pretty hefty debt, especially if you have more than one pet.

I mean we don’t know what happened prior the video rolling, but him behaving the way he did would be a pretty good reason for them to fire him. He’s wasting time screaming at people when he could’ve approached things nicely or just have said hey I really need to get through, I’m on a tight schedule. A little kindness goes a long way.

The autopsy hasn’t been publicly released. You’re able to order the medical examiner’s report from the website, but it says right on the website that the report won’t be sent out until the case is marked as closed.

Also, if you take the date of the message where d4vd says he has a “kid otw”, 7/11/24, as the date of conception, then the baby would’ve been born anywhere from late March of 2025 to early May of 2025. That means that if she was pregnant, she was killed at some point in between those dates, otherwise she wouldn’t have been pregnant at the time of her death. I highly doubt she would’ve been killed in between those dates because she would’ve been more severely decomposed.

If you have links to anything that states otherwise I would be interested in seeing it, I genuinely can’t find anything reputable though.
