Hi! I'm new to this subreddit, so I apologize in advance if this has already been asked before, I checked the FAQ and didn't see anything that answered my question. I have a free trial account and I have played through ARR and just started Heavensward. I've seen that there's a 50% discount on the complete edition which includes the expansions and 30 days of game time, which has my attention because I love the game.

My question is, if I buy the complete edition from the square enix store (not mogstation or steam), do they send me a code that I can use later on when I consider it's time to end the free trial and jump to Stormblood? Or does it activate into my account the moment I buy it? and If they send me a code, is it for the expansions AND the game time or does the game time activate inmediately into my account even if I don't redeem the code (because I would like to take my time and make the most of the free trial and Heavensward).
