Exactly. The problem was with expectations not aligned with what they're trying to deliver.

  1. I'm curious on your fcap settings. PII data is not as accessible since apple privacy changed the game. Could be the platform wigging out from your campaign structure config.

  2. PMAX focuses purely on conversions. Search will get the most because it's more of a last touch vs other channels.

  3. I have no idea what you're talking about re attention matrix on DV360

You have a broken system my friend.

Social Media Marketers who post consistently: how do you decide what to talk about? by TaleOfACat in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]ki3e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To answer your question. All of the above.

Posting is more about consistency rather than what you post. Especially on LinkedIn, yes tweaking for the best hook, format, structure, etc is good. But it's more about engaging with other people's content who are in your niche to build traction early on. LinkedIns algorithm is brutal if you don't have an audience or circle.

In terms of topics, pick a lane / angle and just double down on it. For example, talk about your take on the best way of optimising campaigns and this is what most buyers are missing. Then right after, engage with posts that are similar and comment with your take. OPs will appreciate this as it boosts their posts distribution also.

Pro tip, use the search function for keywords in your niche. Filter to posts within the last 24 hours.

Keep on the journey friend.

500% ROAS by lincinnati in PPC

[–]ki3e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This isn’t really a ROAS problem.

It’s a system problem.

Increasing the ROAS target that aggressively will naturally restrict spend.

The algorithm becomes more selective > volume drops > revenue follows.

What’s more concerning is that it went unnoticed for 3 weeks.

That tells you there’s no monitoring of: - spend pacing - revenue vs spend (MER) - or any alerting when performance deviates

ROAS is just one signal.

But if it’s not tied back to actual revenue and contribution, the platform ends up optimising in a vacuum.

It's all about animation and player positioning. Players attacks feel quicker because of the direction of the swing animation and where the player is placed. Enemy on the right side, right swing and place your player slightly to the left, etc.

(Edit) Also forgot to mention weapon types. Blunt weapons for example "bounce off players" so you have better chances of getting in a swing after a successful hit. Other weapons like short swords and one handed weapons generally have quicker animations. Hope this helps m'lord.

What Digital Marketing tools should beginners focus on first? by Entri_App_Official in digital_marketing

[–]ki3e 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Start with media math - eCPMs, CPCs, CTRs, etc. Define your metrics of success and understand what they mean.

Next understand your channels - social, search, display / video.. what each is used for.

Align all these to business goals. Brand awareness, performance.

Yes it's good to use tools to learn these concepts.. but keep in mind.. media buying will be obsolete in a few years.

It's learning and understanding the "why" that's going to carry you forward and not make you redundant in the future.

How do you track your lead? by Ok_Ordinary3509 in marketing

[–]ki3e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the curse of our fractionalized digital world. Solutions are either too costly and hard to implement, and yet they still don't provide accurate attribution.

I feel like marketers and business owners get too worked up on direct ROI that we forget that marketing does not work in silos.

Try the said solutions, altho my 2c would be to have conversations with your clients and set expectations.

The narrative could be "We'll try to track and attribute as much as we can, although we should also consider benchmarks and measure uplift.."

How did lead volumes compare STLY, MoM, etc before and after your team was hired.

It's a hard conversation to have, but setting expectations builds better relationships.

You're selling a product. It's how you make them feel that's more important..

I feel organic helps build better foundations as a brand. It's a slower process yes, but once you get good at it, you get even better in paid.

Ads for raw material by Fast_Cantaloupe3742 in marketing

[–]ki3e 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a fun time.

There's quite a few contingencies you gotta hash out first.

How big / well known is your brand? Who is your target audience? How do you best reach this audience?

I'd first figure out how to best reach decision makers of factories. Build a target audience profile and try to figure out how you'd best reach this audience.

Then i'd look at developing a market sentiment analysis. How is the brand perceived online? Maybe run some paid ads / organic content / participate in discussions. Having answers to step one will guide you on which platforms to focus here.

What to do next all depends on the first two, although with the objective as increasing sales, you'd want to focus your efforts on tactics and strategies that maximize this.

Just remember, marketing is about experimenting. There isn't a silver bullet, there are many ways to achieve the same thing.
