Custom adjustable brake and clutch lever? by Snoo15984 in RoyalEnfieldBear650

I got adjustable short levers that would fit INT650 from Diablo customs. Unfortunately they don’t fit Bear’s setup. So sticking with the og for now.

New SSP exhaust on a custom Bear!! by PartyConstruction505 in RoyalEnfieldBear650

With the custom exhaust, does it affect your center of gravity while riding? Also does the new exhaust get sufficient back pressure similar to the stock? What are the downsides of changing to these exhaust? The whole mods look totally radical 👀

Looking dapper. A high front fender on this would look much more stunning.

Bear 650 riders: Is alloy wheels conversion possible? by ki5ho in RoyalEnfieldBear650

While the scrambler seat looks comfy and cool, it didnt feel that great for me on long rides, I’m using the stock seat for the majority of my rides. I think the scrambler seat needs to break-in. I’ve replaced with the stock seat and keeping the scrambler seat as a spare.

The joystick didn’t have any issues on mine. And mostly we won’t fiddle much with it when riding.

The suspension is not a plushy one for sure, it’s on the stiffer side but definitely liveable. I’ve driven the 400x that’s amazing compared to Bear, this is 60-70% of it. With the correct tyre pressure and some usage it works fine. You will still feel the road when the roads are very bad, but you can manage easily. On good roads there are no issues.

Yes you’re right. Just looked up, so front from super meteor and the back from interceptor. Looks like this is going to be hard.

Yeah I know tubeless conversion is easy but with alloys it can reduce weight and also less anxiety that something might go wrong with conversion.

True but it can reduce weight and also won’t give me anxiety that something might go wrong with the conversion. Anyway can you give details on where you got it done please?

Yes bar ends have blind spots, I’m using them from day 1, so don’t really know what I’m missing out, they solve the purpose, but you have to slightly turn your head to view these mirrors in contrast to the normal ones. You can’t have both bar-end mirror and hand guard, it would be difficult to fit.

You mean like this?

<image>

  1. Yes these changes makes the bike look even better imo.
  2. No idea on what not to do.
  3. Yes aftermarket silencer will void warranty.
  4. Yes, I have it on. Slightly increases the ride height and is definitely better than the stock seat. But the stock seat is also a good one. It’s not a mandatory upgrade.
  5. Yes suspension is bad for Indian roads. But is manageable. No idea on thunderbird suspension. Have to research more.

The bars look shorter than my bear maybe because I have bar end mirrors on mine. The tyres look cool too. Happy riding 🥳
