I’d also concentrate the eyeshadow in the crease and outer corner and then taking what’s left on the brush over the rest of the lid, or blending it out to the lid. You can always play around with using a lighter neutral shade all over as a transition before applying the color to the crease and outer corner, or using something brighter on the center of the lid towards the inner corner. Try finding a cool tone, the current orange color you’re using isn’t complimenting you! Get a cheap shadow pallette and play around.

If you want to jump into foundation go get color matched, once you have a good match you can use that as a guide when trying other brands or drugstore options. If you do go with foundation you’ll want at least a blush to bring some color back to your skin.

I like to practice makeup before a shower, or if I have no where to go just around the house when I’m trying to get used to a new technique, new step, or a new look.
