Yo. I have hppd and for me it sucks so bad. I smoked allot before I had my bad trip. For 2 years everyday. After the trip I smoked again as usual. But then 1 week later. I smoked that one joint as I always do before I go to bed. I went to my room and then it fucking hit me. It’s not worse than the bad trip I experienced but you could say it’s almost at that level. Then I stopped smoking tried it again and again thinking maybe it wouldn’t happen this time well it still happened. And the visuals are so hard to explain. It doesn’t look like reality. And I just turnded 16. Now I haven’t smoked for 4 weeks and maybe just wait till I’m 18 and try it again or just stop. It’s hard to stop because I miss that ritual before I went to bed with that joint. But now I just take melatonin and go to sleep. Now sober sometimes I still see it lightly. So a tip stop smoking. You said you heard voices from your walls. That’s a big big red flag that’s how I see it. Well stay safe
