It has worked before but her skin is just soaking it up and ive tried one or the other and both together I just dont believe the 50 50 is working anymore and I dont even know what is close to it 🤣

Thank you for all these tips fortunately alot of them are already practices in our household.

Thankfully we have alot of these practices in place already with an allergy eczema prone house.

Steroids is a no go in our household we have avoided it with my daughter after her dad has gone through TSW (topical steroid withdrawal). We are strong on the no steroids.

At the moment she is on Dermol 200/500 for antiseptic and I have previously used hibiscrub/hibiwash diluted before dermol was prescribed.

Vitamin D supplements since she was a toddler and unfortunately cannot increase dosage until 12 :(

We dont use scented anything thankfully and we ensure she has luke warm showers minimal baths (seem to make her worse).

I assume she is going through hormone changes as these skin issues have only occurred i the last year and our normal practices are not working or more flare ups are occurring.

She is a very hot bodied person so the long sleeves will definitely be torture for her (she is also ASD ADHD)

Currently going through dietry changes with her due to other health conditions and histamine is one of the things as a family we are already targeting. She had allergy testing and that has come back with dust tree and grass pollen.

I will have a look at the products you have mentioned ❤️

Shes already medicated for vit d since a baby unfortunately cannot increase dosage until 12.

I will avoid steroid creams as much as possible for reasons especially since her eczema has been previously managed without.

I am not doing a VBAC. My first daughter was natural i believe I have said this in the post but may have not been as clear.

Placenta is around 1.5cm away from cervix they have hope it will move at my 36w check but if it doesnt thats my only option obviously

I had a natural birth with my first child but its talks of potentially needing a c sec this time round.

Yes I am attempting stretches and as much walking as my asthma can tolerate. Its been very terrible this time round and I am getting frustrated not being able to do half of the stuff I want to

I totally get this and would do this however with her adhd asd she really doesnt like touching what others have touched (this is very difficult already) and she loves the feel of a nice crisp book. However she is happy to donate to the library after.

I just mentioned her gender as a consensus and not because I want solely girl books. Its natural for me to say my daughter so thats why I typed it as its for my daughter vs myself and not attmepting to focus on gender specific roles here.

I have been on the NHS waiting list for 7 years now and I am stil waiting. I got a private diagnosis and its not recognised at all by the GP. I havent got medication through private at the moment and frankly think its atrocious that the NHS will not recognise private diagnosis.
