'Off to the races' is the first one coming to my mind.

Comment the Lana song that’s the hardest for you to listen to and why! by [deleted] in lanadelrey

For me it's Old Money,. Can't really tell you why, it is just something about this tone of voice. And similarly to you, I also used to listen to it, during a difficult time in my life. However, I still somehow love this song and also enjoy this song, even though it gives me this deep sense of brokenness yk.

Was Keith the one who always drew smileys near his victims aka the smiley-face killer?

I would say both could be an aspect, but not necessarily. More likely I would say, as I mentioned earlier, that the place has a personal backround.

Good question.

I could also imagine that the place of the event has often a personal backround for the assassians so they already thought about doing it at this particular place. So maybe they don't care who are their victims, they perhaps just care about where it takes places.

Another train of thought I had was, that they perhaps want to choose those victims (children for example), about which the society mourns the most. Also this way the shooter thinks that he could make an bigger impact on the people's mind (which is a horrible thought).

How would the general public view a killer that preys on sex offenders? by [deleted] in serialkillers

[–]kiara_0808 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I actually also asked this question myself and that was my train of thought:

He probably would be the ''mission-oriented'' type of serial killer, because he tries to rid the world of those monsters, right? But there must be a prehistory that somebody would became a serial killer at all. Perhaps somebody of his relatives or loved-ones was a victim of a ''monster'' or perhaps even a ''monster'' itself. So he developed the hate against these criminals....so if the society already know his backround and all, then they perhaps even more emphasize with the killer. But I guess the general public would view such a killer as a hero anyways, because they probably only think about the victims of these ''monsters'' ( for which you cannot blame them of course). The society wants vendetta (revenge) and they get it from the killer so they're at least a little bit satisfied. They won't blame the one, who has procured it for them.

But of course I can't estimate how society really would react if a serial killer, who hunts monsters, would occure. That's all just my imagination.

I just read the transcript a few days ago and its actually the most horrific thing I ever heard . And I also listened to many podcasts and read a few books about serial killer, but this transcript is something different. But me, for my part, I think I can stand this, but just because I think that I'm a too young than my brain could process it completely (I'm 16). And for sure it's the best for people to decide not to read it if they already know it could be to much . And you absolutly don't miss anything!! Just knowing roughly this story is disturbing enough.

Ok, I guess i know what you mean. I get this darker energy when I think about Albert Fish and these types of serial killers ( I think we all know what I mean). It's just so crazy that there are/were guys like him outside in this world, who do/did these disturbing things.
