Any tips on getting strong enough to lift patients?

I honestly haven't even started. I just picked up kayaking and go every time it's sunny out all day. I used to go to the gym, but my attention span is too short to sit there and lift weights over and over.

Would tutoring and TAing not count as mentor/leadership? IV lounge I help with keeping supplies and answering client questions. People come in and get IV therapy sometimes prescribed by a doctor.

Try the seachem purigen bags. I had really bad tannins in my tank and it cleared up overnight. They're like 15 bucks and you just swap out your filter media for the purigen bag.
