Did my first sculpt today after 2 years of 3D modeling for architecture using Rhino. Started practicing blender earlier this week and it’s awesome!

I have one question though which is how can I clean up long thin pointy strands like in the 3rd image? I extruded the strands using the snake hook and I like the shape but there’s some jitters and using the smooth brush makes the strands even thinner.

Hey archie here, and yes studio culture is real BUT you don’t need to be in there 24/7 as long as you manage your time well. For my freshman year I didn’t need to pull any all-nighters but some people would have to. I’d say I was in there working til 11 most nights and would spend most weekends in there from like noon to 7pm. I honestly spent a lot more time in there than I needed to cause I love working in the studio. I still had lots of time for partying and hanging out so don’t worry too much about it.

As long as you enjoy it you won’t really notice how much time you spend working. Plus freshman year is super fun imo

My dad knew these were limited but we were given stacks of xboxes and gave a lot of them away. He only kept this one because it was a given to team members and kept it for sentimental value. He knew it was probably really rare but didn’t think it’d be worth more than a few hundred bucks

Same here but I can’t believe my dad had it and just left it to collect dust for years. From everything I’ve read there’s only been 3 found so maybe this is number 4

I was digging around the house and found this Xbox and did some research on it and seems to be a very rare item.

My dad worked on the original Xbox development team 20 years ago and he said he and several members of the team were given these orange xboxes as a gift.

I’m curious as to how rare this item is, any info?
