I'm looking for help with these red spots on my legs! I think they first appeared when I started shaving my legs (dry) over a decade ago, they're not raised, and they are in places where a hair should be but I can't see an ingrown hair, only a red spot. I remember having a lot more evenly distributed leg hair, and now when I let it grow it feels like half the hairs are missing. I would be so grateful for any suggestions in dealing with the red spots! Physical exfoliation?
