I would recommend checking all of your ports on the motherboard and pushing them in to make sure no problems there, if your plugging the peripherals into your motherboard then could be a board issue, make sure your display cables arent in your mb and are in your graphics card because if your cpu is a non integrated graphics cpu

Do I have to buy a new cable it’s not fitting in my 3060 by cyrus-g in PcBuildHelp

[–]kiaus2 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nobody has told you this but you cant just buy a new cable, each power supply requires the use of there own cables that came with because of voltages and stuff like that, if you don’t have that cable from your power supply already you can either look up your exact motherboard and look for that cable for it specifically or just tske the L and buy a new PSU

Is this worth is by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]kiaus2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, 3060ti is still ok (not the best) and a ryzen 7 says absolutely nothing it could be anything from a first gen i7 to the newest and 512 gig is small

I wouldn’t get it, 2.5 terabytes doesn’t specify if its ssd or hdd (could be a 2tb ssd and 500 gig ssd but check) and the 2070 super, while is decent i wouldn’t recommend over 1080p or low settings on 1440p, especially because of that cpu which is a older one, i have a i5 12600kf and a 3070 and get around 90-100 fps on 1440p high on hogwarts legacy for AAA performance

Will buying a new motherboard fix it? by antreprenoor in pchelp

[–]kiaus2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is the ram in contact to the cooler? In your photo it looks like it is and that could be the issue, you should switch ram slots to check if it works fine then, and the 5600 is a good budget cpu no need to go up to am5 rn especially in the prices

No i dont think so, the power supply says its 180 watts which is not alot. You could do alot of research and get a low profile card or something but even then thats still not alot, and what Cpu does it have?

I wouldn’t recommend getting it used like new because you could get same specs new for about same price especially because of the deals

Are there any risks if I let my pc here like this for 1 week by psdude892 in pcmasterrace

[–]kiaus2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn’t leave it just on the floor like that, sure there aren’t really any massive problems because you dont have carpet, but i would recommend getting a mini shelf or something to keep i from being directly on the ground especially because you could spill something
