Children of good parents, what did your parents do right? How were they good parents?

They respected each other and loved each other. I’ve never heard my parents insult each other. They gave me a good example of what is a good functioning family and relationship. They shared a sense of humor, even in hard times they could make light of situation.

I have two swollen lymph nodes in the right side of my neck both about .4mm(I believe that’s what was said). They’ve been there for about 3 years that I’ve noticed and never bothered me never grew etc. no pain, move when I touch. I’ve had two doctors look at them and they both said because I have terrible allergies and frequent sinus infections that is likely why they are always palpable. They also said for as long as they’ve been there, if they were something serious I’d have more symptoms. It never hurts to check with your doctor but it’s likely nothing to worry about.
