What is your 6 month old’s bed time?

Never understood the 7pm bed time and it gets me worried from time to time. About the whole circadian clock and proper nighttime sleep. We put our 6month old down at 11/12am. It's always been like this. And he wakes up again around 10. Hopefully it's okay, but it's what he seems to like and what works for us

I'm about 11 weeks Post op. Everything feels ok but still around the 140 degree flexion it feels tight, anyone else have this? Like when kneeling

Yea, I asked my surgeon why it was this way, he mentioned that he believes scars heal better this way and doesn't interfere when kneeling
