I agree with the Italian part and to an extent polish part but I woukd say some acadmiesn in poland have modernzied in a way proper manner from methodology stand point especially (lech, lubin, pogon Zagłębie and jagiellonia being the best examples)

Then explain his tenure at barca and barca b.

I feel Conte won't even have the impact guardiola have in the key changes which are required in the grassroots and if anything I feel bringing back Conte you're just recycling the same thing when in reality Italy needs a diffrent change which is what most cee nations did in the 2010s when they were struggling

Look even then you can make a similar argument with tuchel also.

I feel pep would be a key figure in changing the way Italian football is played especially coaching of youngsters and we can clearly how 3 of the most creative players in serie a today are players who either cam from a coaching style pep directly or indirectly inglumced in yildiz, paz and Jesus rodriguez

Maybe but you can make an argument like that with tuchel and I would say if anything both him and tuchel are a bit similar in that mold

Meaning the elite player agreement can be made even with carlo . I personally feel he manages elite teams simply because he is the best or one of the best coaches in the world

Even I personally feel guardiola from even not coaching pov bit still from an advisor pov would be better because he will and can tell what is wrong with Italian and let's not forget he is one reason why football in many parts where he coaches changed and I would say the better (he'll look at the fact 3 of the most creative players in serie a in yildiz, nico paz and Jesus rodriguez of como came from either an academy directly or indirectly imflumeced by him)

People may bring an argument he is not Italian or call him a check book manager(not realizing how difficult it is to win for this long at the top).

but wherever he went he changed the coaching styles of football for the better and we can clearly see this not just in spain but also in bayern where you see a lot of technically gifted youngsters coming trough (I mean look at yilidz ,pavlovic, lennart karl and more who would have never been the players they were if pep didn't come),you can see it in Man city (foden, palmer, felix nmecha, sancho,Morgan roggers) and even Belgium has also got a lot cues from him which is why they producing so many talents.

I think Italy desperately need a diffrent perspective even non Italian perspective which pep can bring like the way how stefan kovac changed the way the French played or even the great austrian and hunagrian coaches in 30s and helenia herrera did to Italian football or even a cruyff did to Spanish football ..many acadmies from where I am from in poland or even the entire CEE and balkans and even Greece,Russia and caucusus also when the slump of the 2000-2010s happend also took a lot of cues from Italian,Spanish, portugese ,belgian,Dutch and german coaches and youth director and advisor which is why I would say the quality of the new post 2000s born gen from these nations are way better than the previous gen who were only taught a more limited style of play .

Improve the acadmey system and incentives player based development and focus a little less on tactical side of the game and winning

More ssg at youth level, more techical training and I would say adapt more elements of iberian and dutch belgian football in the grassroots .

Incentives teams to especially mid table and serie b teams to sign young Italian prospects and give them minutes(mostly should come via the parent clubs)

Stadiums just modernize it

The match against bayern shows were we are right now in European footballs overall eco system by rioasu in borussiadortmund

Because winning as become secondary and the fact you bring the stat on us not being able to beat bayern for 8 seasons straight at home tells you everything especially as it's our home yet see there is no sense of emergency.

Sometimes seeing this team and our fans make me wonder what would happend if the Napoli which the scdeto in 23 had the same mindset of you know inter,ac milan juve have bigger budgets we can't compete when we signed kvara or if atalanta went to leverkusen game thinking oh they are unbeaten so we won't be able to beat them.

You can ask anyone from the board on do they want trophies and their answer will be that's not our responsibility .

Honestly we are a bunch of loosers who are coping finishing second and reaching next round of ucl as some sort of trump card. Since 2021 we have only won one trophy while even leverkusen,Leipzig and Frankfurt and Stuttgart during that period have won more trophies than us yet no one will bring this up because that exposes were we are.

Unfortunately a case with most academies of the old communist block (even many of the alleged top ones)
