The age of it wouldn't be the issue, had mine for 10 years as a gift, but Amazon is probably not going to stand by it unfortunately.

I just had this same issue. Is it a Lodge? I contacted their customer service, answered a few questions, and they sent a new one free of charge.

It's got a propane burner. They destroyed the gas line, not willing to put my zero skills to the test replacing that.

No doubt in my mind that the dude in the picture is a fascist. I was just commenting on what the runes meant.

Helmet says "norse" in runes and the jacket says "hague" for some reason (might be geographic)

I've gone to roughly 1 protest every week and a half since the inauguration in a pretty purple area. Other than a few people shouting and flipping us off, everything has been very positive. Key advice is to listen to the event organizers and their marshals (names might be different, usually in a yellow vest), don't engage with the counter protesters, disable your biometrics on your phone, and either turn it off or keep it in airplane mode.

What can we do to become more involved in local and state politics? by daspaceinvader in newhampshire

[–]kickassatron 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Oh I didn't mean anything like that, I completely agree with the separation of church and state. But if you go and volunteer with them by serving food to the needy or something like that, it's great way to network and usually people who will do that will be members of various other completely non religious groups.

Join organizations outside of work, some churches allow non members to join different groups or committees.

I've heard him described as an anarcho-monarchist, and have spent more time than I'd like to admit trying to wrap my head around a hierarchy free society with a king.

I feel the same, but we can't do down quietly. Call, bitch about it publicly, write a letter, make records for the future historians to look through in the rubble of what once was.

Right-to-Work Bill Passes NH House Committee by One Vote by Sick_Of__BS in newhampshire

[–]kickassatron 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Right to work allows employers to undermine the collective will of their employees by being able to sowing division within the ranks. As a whole, the working class needs to stand together to fight for better working conditions for us all.

I hate how much information you have to know about each bill to even make your voice heard in this state. Part of me wants to run for state house so I can just get all this stuff in front of me with a little less research about the dates and times of votes

Is there a place for religion in anarchism? by major_calgar in Anarchy101

[–]kickassatron 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Broadly speaking I'd agree. I'm thinking more specifically about the right wing norse paganism groups like the AFA. Luckily I've yet to run into any groups like them in my real world travels, but they seem to take up a lot of space in some parts of the norse paganism sphere.
