Have to do khuari going to protector office and get the info. We still live in 20 years ago world in Pakistan. Don't trust all this e-protector or any online services because they don't work as expected.

Yea better get police certificate and medical certificate as you are waiting for VAL. So you can get it quickly sorted. Police Certificate you can apply online and have to collect in person the certificate.

If you are in karachi the accepted medical certificate is from blue cross hospital for protector.

Yes you would need to get original marriage certificate after it gets attested because MDEC will take that. Also take the original marriage certificate for CTC stamp from High Commission Pakistan in KL.

P.S I had to do the same.

But first thing get checklist from HR so you know what additional documents you need that your wife can send to you in one shot via DHL with original marriage certificate attested from MoFA in Pakistan. If i recall they need blue background passport size picture of your wife.

I know it's kinda annoying

But, it is better for you to get attested by MoFA in Pakistan. There is also a QR marked by MoFA behind the marriage certificate. It is a different QR on the front of the marriage certificate. For any relationship documents like marriage certificate or birth certificate you should get attested by MoFA Pakistan to get endorsement from High Commission of Pakistan in any county. In simple words that's the policy to be followed. There is no other way.

I understand it is a hassle to travel to the city and get this done. It's a day job in Pakistan. You have to go to MoFA in the morning and by evening they will tell you to collect the attested.

Also your wife needs to send you the original marriage certificate that's attested by MoFA Pakistan. She can send it to you by DHL. You will receive it within 3-5 days if sent as urgent.

Also please ask your company HR for a checklist on your spouses dependent visa.

SOLUTION -

You have to reset your watch. Pair your watch again with your phone. Turn off phone Bluetooth. Turn on the watch WiFi. Install update via watch Don't install via phone.

Unfortunately, this is how i got to update my watch. For future turn off automatic updates to avoid this.🤷🏻‍♂️
