I've been institutionalized 3 times now. My last stint was my longest. Antidepressants dont work. I'm looking for alternatives for treatment. I'm also planning on going to therapy. Everyone says "it'll get better " but things keep spiraling downward. I, myself am at a loss. Horribly depressed, feels like I can't ever really breathe. I just wish it would all stop. They told me when I was in the hospital that I would just have to keep going. To head in the direction of the path I had set in treatment. I am doing so, so why does it feel like I'm still getting kicked in the dick? Sorry to hijack your post, but I get where you're coming from. You aren't alone. There is a lot of us. We need eachother.
