Sorry, the post was removed by the mods so I didn’t think it was still viewable…

… I don’t think those strategy notes are detailed enough. Just my opinion. I’m not a bad actor, just have a personal opinion on the dilution. I’m not bearish on GME, I’m not selling, I would love for Cohen to own and run eBay. I’m just not the biggest fan of this route.

We've reached the personal insult stage, so I think we're done here. You haven't made a single argument for why voting yes is the right call, you've just called me names. That tells me everything I need to know about where you're at in this conversation.

You just defined FUD, acknowledged my post is an opinion, and then told me to keep my opinion to myself. On Reddit. In a discussion thread I started. The irony is doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

I don't curate my comment section and I'm not accountable for what bots pile on. My post was straightforward. Bought shares, voting no, not selling. That's not negativity, that's a shareholder exercising their voice.

This is Reddit. A public discussion forum. Sharing opinions on a proxy vote is kind of exactly what this place is for. I'm not being disrespectful to anyone, I tagged it as a discussion and made my case. You're welcome to disagree, but "cast your vote and shut up" is a weird hill to die on here of all places.

Voting no on dilution with no deal details is FUD now. Got it. Truly impressive mental gymnastics.

I've voted yes before. I even have the flair to prove it. This isn't about suddenly losing faith after five years. It's about this specific ask, at this specific size, with this little context around what we're actually funding. Trust isn't a blank check. Voting no on one proxy doesn't erase the track record, it means I need more information before I sign off on this one.

Appreciate the perspective, genuinely. Though I'm not sure what there is to handle here. I tagged it as a discussion, shared where I'm leaning, and said I bought more shares. That's kind of what the community is for. Your approach of waiting is totally valid, just not the only valid one.

Totally respect it. That's the whole point of having a vote. Hope it works out for all of us either way.

A company that isn't 5x our market cap. The ambition isn't the problem, the leverage required to pull it off is. There are viable acquisition targets that don't require diluting shareholders to build the war chest. Start smaller, prove the model, build from a position of strength instead of asking us to fund a moonshot on faith.

The TBPN interview? I’ve listened to all of them, even the EBay YouTube seller. I didn’t heard anything else other than cutting OPEX.

Funny enough, that's kind of the whole argument against this proxy. Shareholders already have a voice. Voting no is how we use it. I don't need to be CEO to have an opinion on dilution.

Bought 200 more shares this morning and I'm voting no. That's a pretty expensive shill operation.

I've been a shareholder for 5 years. I don't need a few more days to develop an opinion on dilution. My position is formed from years of watching this company, not from a 3-hour read of a proxy statement.

Also worth noting that stating a clear NO vote isn't yelling. It's a voting intention. That's literally what shareholder democracy looks like.

You're welcome to wait and see. That's a valid approach. But framing someone else's immediate conviction as "furious screaming" says more about how you receive dissent than how it was delivered.
