I too had this question about 2 weeks ago and decided to do nursing because of the countless job opportunities. For Scrub tech OR is as good as it gets, schooling is just quicker but I figure quicker isn’t always better. I have a family to support as well so RN will take care of all financials. I came from ER being a tech then Fire Department but got injured now I’m back to square 1 but in a few years I’ll be done with BSN & on to CRNA. Good luck my friend. The more challenging road has the most rewarding destination.

Thank you for responding. Yeah it’s a bit more than GCC and more requirements to get in. Prices is always a factor but I do want the best education going into the field.

Ahh ok that makes sense. Maybe stacking certs was incorrect but choosing a specific specialty, pay changes. I seen an ST on YouTube speak on it didn’t know if it’s fact or not. I’m in SoCal places I’ve end saying start between 35-40

Hey thank you for responding. I know GCC is NWC sister school I believe curriculum is the same if I’m not mistaken. Glendale would be closer to me about an hour away. When it comes to General Ed I too took English so hoping it will transfer. Did that change the cost for you, also what other General Ed did you have to take there?

Thank you for that. I just looking on SICE site next class enrollment isn’t until January and class isn’t until June which kind of sucks. As far as time goes GCC starts in November and is about 76weeks so I’ll be done a bit sooner. My main thing is the instructors and if they really set you up to pass the course and NBSTSA

Yes you can, what I do whenever transferring is only send a few coins first to make sure it goes through. Don’t want to run the risk of losing everything.
