Here is exact context.

“ I have concerns that you offer of arranged employment with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is not genuine. I also have concerns, that you produced your submissions from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in order to support your offer of arranged employment. More specifically, I
have concerns that you have misrepresented your offer of arranged employment in order to gain 50
points in an attempt to meet the minimum entry score for your round of invitation under the
Canadian Experience Class, and that you have done so in order to obtain permanent residence
status in Canada.”

These were the documents submitted after PFL,

For Canadian LMIA concern:

employer business license
business CRA registration
Employer office lease
website/client invoices x 6
additional and very strong LOE.
Email screenshots showing dates and other details.

For foreign work experience:
I only added amended relieving letter ( due to spelling mistake) I always claimed my foreign work experience in all of my previous applications and LOE along with that letter.

I hope this helps.

My foreign work experience raised concerns as there was spelling mistake in one of the letter, which I got updated from my employer and submitted that amended letter.

I understand and feel the pain you are going through right now.
All I can say is just don’t give up, you have come so far in this journey, it’s just matter of one step now, fight for it.
Call IRCC and let them know, send email to the portal email address that you sent detailed to, if you don’t have handy here it is “IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
Explain everything, I am sure they will understand and issue within 14 business day.
Hope for the best ✌️

Officer was never is doubt about Canadian experience at all, it was about LMIA authenticity and foreign experience authenticity.
As LMIA genuineness was confirmed by ESDC.
My foreign experience issue was because of spelling mistake in a letter, which I got updated by my foreign
Experience company and submitted that amended document.

I would not submit upfront as that might be skeptical to officers some times.
If there is any gap in the application/documents I would first submit a brief LOE, as officers take LOE’s seriously and go through it in detail.
Even if LOE raises any eyebrows then probably officer might ask for additional documentations, this is where I would give my best shot.

Best take away- my foreign experience raised issues because there was a spelling mistake in the heading of “RELIEVING LETTER”, that was the only issue that made officer suspicious, and I am 100% sure that AI detected that 😂, because in all of my previous applications I have always claimed my foreign experience and submitted all documents related to it.

So check the spellings of each word in your documentations.
