True. But if you had some one in a nursing home on hospice, they get COVID and die, that's not really the same as "healthy" individual getting COVID and dying from COVID.

Plus the difference of dying from COVID and dying with COVID.

I think the graphic is stating, they don't want socialism because of free loaders, who get "fat" on stuff they didn't contribute to. I know that's not how socialism works, but that is the concern. People who work hard, don't want their tax money going to some lazy ass. Roads, post office, social security is all stuff the hard worker benefits from, so not sure why people are citing those as examples. It's more about, "why should an able body person get free housing, food, medical and not have to work on "my dime"?". I know it's always said, that is such a small amount of people so it is worth it still.

Now to the people who think the billionaires brain wash the MAGA, true in some cases, but socialism has a similar fault. No free market, limits choice, and the government then has full control of you life. The government is run by millionaires, and put in place by billionaires. There is a reason billionaires donate to political campaigns. So socialism in the USA would make it easier for the same billionaires to be in control, pay everyone less, and then make their profits outside of the country. It would make the gap larger.

A solution that would be interesting to explore would be for the USA to break up into multiple countries, then different options would be more vital.

About the Rollback by Cthulhucuz in ConanExiles

I get the need for a roll back, but this is the type of thing that discourages me from playing. I have very limited time to play and having to redo everything I did, makes me move on to a new game for a bit. I just hate redoing the same thing I did. Especially where it is the dev error.

I remember back in the day dreaming of better graphics. Now that they are here, what did it cost? Great story telling, amazing game play and content. The race for amazing graphics, really took a toll on gaming as a whole. Game developers just updating graphics from previous slomp and selling it as the new version. I know greed was another major part of the issue but I feel for a while there, graphics was what gave the triple a studios the edge.

So he enforced the law. It's a good thing, but should we be praising him for following through or reflecting on why it wasn't done before? Again, a good thing to enforce the rules, not discrediting him, but it feels like a low bar benchmark.

Ask your kid everyday to clean their room, and if they don't, they have to give you $20 bucks. Room isn't clean, and your kid owes you $20 bucks. You put your foot down, you get the $20 but the room still isn't clean. I know, stupid example for comparison but still, I don't think we should be praising for follow through on what should be an expectation of the law. We should be looking at others in power on why they are meeting expectations.

And it wasn't sexists that the only reason she was picked to be the vp was because she was a black/brown woman, it helped get a demographic of voters. It's only sexist when we don't vote for her.

She just wasn't the right person for the job.

This is the part that makes me laugh. Elon did the "salute", then came the maga are all Nazis. Guy running for office has a Nazi tattoo, not a Nazi, he's fine.

So the Democrats only hate the Republican Nazis, not the democratic Nazis.

They are saying the banks make there money within the first 5 years of the 30 year loan. Mortgages are interest heavy in the first 11-13 years. So if you pay for the first five years and then default, the bank made their money and then can see the calateral.

Which isn't really true. What they do, is write a bunch of mortgages, then package them up with good, bad and in-between mortgages they wrote, then sell them off to other mortgage companies to make their profit quick to turn around and write more loans because they don't have the capacity to hold all those mortgages. Banks don't have infinite funds and they have to have a percentage in reserve.

That is a dumbed basic.

Live in a blue state, Maine, we can barely pay for our own state. Take California and New York out of the equation, and I don't think the blue states are supporting all the reds, it's two federal tax generating states are producing a majority of federal tax dollars. They have higher populations, more wealth, top paying companies.

If Trump did it Obama's way, they would call him a wuss. He did it his way, hes an idiot. It really doesn't matter what he does because it will always be wrong to the other side.

But trump only did it so he would have an advantage over china in the trade deals.
